| How do I return my product? |

Because of the perishable nature of our products, in many cases it is not feasible to return products to us.
If there is a problem with the contents of the package that you have received, please call customer service at 410-504-4308 and explain the circumstances to us. We will determine if a return is feasible and/or necessary, and what additional steps need to be taken to rectify the situation. |
| What is your replacement policy? |

If your shipment (a) fails to arrive, (b) arrives but is damaged or spoiled or (c) contains the wrong product, please contact us immediately at 410-504-4308 and we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund of your payment as necessary. If your shipment is delivered correctly but you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the product you receive, please call customer service at 410-504-4308 and explain the circumstances to us. Please keep the shipping label for confirmation of the delivery timeframe, and we may ask you to return the unused portion to us. You must contact us within 15 days of your order.
The following exceptions apply:
1. Delay, damage or spoilage of shipment is the result of incorrect address or other information provided by customer. 2. Delay, damage or spoilage of shipment results from acts of nature that prevent delivery as specified. 3. Shipment is delivered correctly but lost, stolen or mishandled after delivery. |
