Angelina's Crab Cakes
Angelina's was a landmark restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland (1952 - 2008) that was widely known as the home of Baltimore's Best Crab Cake. Over the years this small, neighborhood spot earned a big reputation for the most awarded crab cakes in a town with some serious crab competition. The original recipe is available here, still made exclusively with jumbo lump, domestic blue crab. Almost all of our competitors now use imported Asian crab to cut costs - just ask them. The times may have changed, but the Angelina's crab cake has not. We continue to be a small, local company that stands behind a big promise - true quality that is worth the money.
