Preparation
One bushel of Maryland blue crabs, steamed with Chesapeake Bay seasonings to spicy, red perfection!
Fully cooked and packed on ice, crabs are ready to eat cold on arrival or can be re-heated in one of the following ways:
Re-steam in pot with raised rack for 5-10 minutes
Heat in conventional oven for 5-10 minutes at 375
o
F
Cover with damp paper towel and microwave for 1-2 minutes
Features
Bushel typically contains 5 to 6 dozen crabs
Large, #1 males
Crabs are seasoned and steamed, then cooled and packed on ice for shipment
Upon arrival, crabs are ready to eat cold or re-heat as desired
Must order separately (from crab cakes, etc.) for proper shipping calculation
