We add only as much filler as necessary to hold the lumps together and insist on premium ingredients at every turn, including handmade white bread crumbs and fresh parsley. Shipped fresh, never frozen, for the finest quality crab cake money can buy.   NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: In the past we lightly browned our crab cakes before shipping - a procedure primariy done for appearance. Because this process requires partially heating and then re-cooling the product, we have added an extra level of safety to our food handling process by discontinuing this step. They were great October 6, 2007 Reviewer: Frank Lacock from Orlando, FL United States   My daughter sent me the crab cakes for Christmas. They were great. As good as I have ever had. I have tried so called Md. crab cakes here in Orlando, but they just don't do it right. I have tried Phillips frozen from the store, still not there.
